The farming

A rustic breed, used to living outdoors and moving all day. Over 100 Italian farmers, a strict protocol, no preventive antibiotics.

The marinade

Craft beer and a blend of selected spices. No added fat, naturally gluten free. The marinade penetrates deep and gives the chicken a flavour you wouldn't expect from a delivery.

The cooking

Sous vide at low temperature for hours. Not the fastest way — the best way. The fibres relax, the juices stay in, the flavour concentrates.

Then a pass in the oven for the crust. The result: crispy outside, juicy inside. Every time.
