A fresh, quick, and perfect recipe for summer
Couscous is one of those dishes that tastes like summer: light, fragrant, and perfect even when served cold.
In this version, we combine it with Chickenbot chicken to transform it into a complete, healthy, and flavorful dish.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 150g couscous (pre-cooked is best)
- 1/2 Chickenbot chicken (Original or Lemon Pepper is perfect)
- 120g pre-cooked chickpeas
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes
- Pitted olives to taste
- Fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
Preparation
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
Once ready, fluff it well with a fork and let it cool down.
In the meantime:
- cut the chicken into cubes or strips
- halve the cherry tomatoes
- rinse the chickpeas thoroughly
Combine everything in a large bowl: couscous, chicken, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
Add a generous handful of fresh basil, torn by hand.
Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of pepper.
Mix well to combine all the flavors.

The secret to this recipe is the chicken: already slow-cooked at a low temperature, tender and full of flavor.
Just add it and the dish is ready, stress-free and without long cooking times.
Tip
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving:
